Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a proactive Inside Sales/Sales Support professional to handle inquiries, prepare technical and commercial quotations, and manage end-to-end order processing for offshore products such as rigging and consumables.

You will collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics to ensure accurate specifications, documentation, and timely delivery. 1–3 years in related roles, Diploma or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools are

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support or customer service.
• Familiarity with offshore equipment (rigging & consumables) is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Sales Inquiry & Quotation Management: Receive, review, and qualify incoming customer enquiries/technical queries for offshore products (e.g., rigging and consumables).
• Prepare accurate and timely technical/commercial quotations.
• Order Processing: Manage end-to-end sales orders from PO receipt to invoice generation and final delivery.
• Technical Support & Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure technical specs, drawings, and certificates are met.
• Logistics & Documentation: Coordinate with forwarders for import/export shipping documentation.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and support the sales team.
• Database Maintenance: Update customer information and sales activity in ERP/e-filing systems.
• Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment.

Working Hours

Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Office: Pandan Road Singapore (Clementi)

Responsibilities

• Sales Inquiry & Quotation Management: Receive, review, and qualify incoming customer enquiries/technical queries for offshore products (e.g., rigging and consumables).
• Prepare accurate and timely technical/commercial quotations.
• Order Processing: Manage end-to-end sales orders from Purchase Order (PO) receipt to invoice generation and final delivery.
• Technical Support & Coordination: Whenever required, collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, warehouse, service team and procurement) to ensure technical specifications, drawings, and certificates are met.
• Logistics & Documentation: Coordinate with forwarders for import/export shipping documentation.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and support the sales team.
• Database Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activity (e.g., In-House ERP systems & E-Filing).
• Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment (if any)
• Any other ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Min 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service.
• Familiarity with offshore equipment (e.g., Rigging & Consumables) is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools.
