Job description

We are hiring a 1 year contract Senior Executive Assistant, HR Shared Services to be outsourced to our client from a reputable healthcare organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Data Processing, Documentation & Filing
  • Perform data entry for new hires, ensuring all mandatory fields and documents are accurately completed.
  • Assist the In Service team in updating staff data in myHR, including transfers, re-designation and contract extensions.
  • Support offboarding data updates for resignees.
  • Ensure all related documentation is properly filed according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Operational & Team Support
  • Provide support to both the Onboarding and In Service teams during operational peaks.
  • Help grant SharePoint access to users as required.
  • Cover duties for colleagues who are on leave to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Must have prior experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume activities while maintaining strict data confidentiality.
• Able to work under tight timelines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• IT-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including handling large datasets, basic formulas and lookups.
• Location: One-North
