Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR admin professional to perform data entry for new hires, maintain staff data in myHR, and support onboarding and offboarding processes. The role requires maintaining documentation per SLAs and providing coverage for team peaks, including granting SharePoint access.

The candidate should hold a diploma in HR or related fields and have experience with SAP SuccessFactors. This position is based in Singapore.

• Prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities

Data Processing, Documentation & Filing

• Perform data entry for new hires, ensuring all mandatory fields and documents are accurately completed.
• Assist the In Service team in updating staff data in myHR (e.g., Transfers, Re-designation, Contract extension etc.).
• Support offboarding data updates for resignees.
• Ensure all related documentation is properly P filed according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Operational & Team Support

• Provide support to both the Onboarding and In Service teams during operational peaks.
• Help grant SharePoint access to users as required.
• Cover duties for colleagues who are on leave to ensure continuity of operations.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
