Job summary

A finance company located in Changi is looking for a candidate to manage full sets of accounts and generate financial statements, sales reports, and cash flow statements. The ideal candidate should have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and experience managing staff. Knowledge of NAVISION software is a plus. This position requires strong skills in banking transactions, debt collection, and Microsoft Excel. A competitive salary range of $3000 to $4200 is offered.

Role: Full sets Account; Generate FS, Sales and Cash Flow reports

Salary: $3000 - $4200

Roles & Responsibilities

• Able to do full set of accounts and generate FS, Sales and Cash Flow reports
• Have experience in managing at least 2 staffs
• Manage and reconcile bank transactions
• Manage Debt collection and AR controller function
• Process Giro payments to suppliers and vendors
• File quarterly GST submission
• Handle tax and audit matters
• Handle yearly stock take supervision and backend preparation

Requirements

• At least Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
• Requires email/Microsoft Excel/ Microsoft Word knowledge
• Willing to work in Changi/East area
• Has experience in using NAVISION software (optional)
