Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to promote and sell its Surgical Technologies portfolio across Greater Stockholm and Northern Sweden. The role combines strategic territory planning, new business development, and ongoing regional account management with regular travel.

You will lead product presentations, build long-term partnerships with hospitals and purchasing teams, and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to maximize customer value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience within medical devices, medical technology, or a related healthcare industry.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across Greater Stockholm and Northern Sweden through strategic territory planning and execution.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Manage existing customer accounts by delivering ongoing commercial support and building long-term partnerships.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training for healthcare professionals and hospital staff.
• Lead commercial discussions and support purchasing decisions with clinical and procurement stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification
