Job summary

Dustin AB is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, proactively attract top talent, and help evolve modern Talent Acquisition strategies in the Nordics and Benelux. The role offers a flexible hybrid setup with strong collaboration and ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end recruitment in-house.
• Experience recruiting across Swedish and Nordic markets.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting experience, incl. LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas and roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPs, and leaders to improve TA processes.
• Attract top talent using modern sourcing strategies and data-driven methods.
