Job summary

Findus in Malmö is seeking a Talent & Engagement Partner to join our Nordic HR team. You will partner with leaders across the Nordics and lead end-to-end recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, and employer branding.

You will drive talent reviews, succession planning, onboarding and offboarding, and support inclusion across the region. The position offers hybrid work, collaboration with colleagues and a tangible impact on our people strategy.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 3+ years in HR, Talent Acquisition or related role.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and partnering with hiring managers.
• Experience supporting employee engagement and performance initiatives.
• Fluent English; Nordic language a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across the Nordic region.
• Partner with hiring managers from planning to onboarding.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and onboarding/offboarding.
• Drive employer branding and manage LinkedIn presence across regions.
