SGS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across the Nordic region, including Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. The role focuses on building sourcing strategies, conducting structured selection processes and ensuring a professional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• Several years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in Nordic or international settings.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Good understanding of Nordic labor markets and recruitment practices.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, recruitment plans and timelines.
• Source candidates via direct search, job boards, referrals, networking and partners.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and coordinate assessments.
• Ensure a professional, inclusive candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Maintain recruitment data in SmartRecruiters and drive process improvements.
• Support employer branding and Nordic recruitment standards.
