The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, understands the data center talent landscape, and values diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Specialist role.
• Strong understanding of the data center talent landscape.
• Experience sourcing technical profiles in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from role briefing to hire.
• Partner with hiring managers in data center operations.
• Proactively source candidates within the data center ecosystem.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives.
