Job summary

NVIDIA Göteborg seeks a Business Operations Sales Analyst to support Enterprise EMEA. You’ll coordinate sales processes, order accuracy, and customer service while partnering with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Planning. Proficiency with SAP, Vistex, Salesforce, and Excel will help streamline reporting and forecasting. Travel up to ~3% may be required.

You will be integral to ensuring timely order execution and a high-quality customer experience across EMEA markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in business operations, sales support, or customer service.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration across internal partners and external customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP, Vistex, Salesforce, Excel; willing to learn new tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (around 3%).

Responsibilities

• Manage Sales Operations and Customer Support for Enterprise customers across EMEA.
• Assist Sales with internal processes: account setup, quotes, pricing, orders, rebates, and revenue management.
• Collect, review, and submit demand forecasts; coordinate with planning and production.
• Create and maintain operational reports including shipping, backlog, and forecast.
• Use SAP, Vistex, Salesforce, Excel to ensure data integrity and streamline reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Warehouse to improve processes.
