Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (Sweden Branch) is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join the Global Sales Strategy & Operations team in Europe North. You will blend hands-on analytics with operational excellence, using data for decision-making across the region and supporting multiple sales teams.

Responsibilities include reporting, financial modeling, and delivering insights that drive business health. Strong Excel and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures or policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of diverse datasets to uncover meaningful business insights.
• Design and deliver regular and on-demand business analytics to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain monthly health of the business models.
• Create and manage various financial modeling projects.
• Extract and analyze data using Excel and other data management platforms.
