Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join the Global Sales Strategy & Operations team in Europe North. This role blends hands-on analytics with operational excellence to support Sales Leaders with data-informed decisions, reporting, and specialized analyses across the region.

You’ll collaborate with sales and operations teams, develop new reporting solutions, and deliver actionable insights from complex datasets to guide strategic business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of diverse datasets to uncover meaningful business insights.
• Design and deliver both regular and on-demand business analytics to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain monthly health of the business models and manage financial modeling projects.
• Extract and analyze data using Excel and other data management platforms.
• Deliver strategic insights to guide business decisions with data-driven recommendations.
