Job summary

Cubic Corporation’s Business Development Manager – Europe role is based in Sweden with onsite/flexible working. You will drive growth across Europe by developing relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, and by shaping market engagement strategies to convert opportunities to contracts.

You will manage the sales lifecycle, build robust pipelines, support strategic capture, and align activity with Cubic’s European growth plans while traveling across Europe as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management or business development within defence, training, simulation or related sector.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in sales or BD across multiple countries.
• Experience engaging with senior military, government and industry stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and customer engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across mainland Europe; security clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual order intake, revenue and pipeline objectives within assigned territories.
• Develop and execute territory, customer and account plans aligned with the European growth strategy.
• Progress opportunities through the sales lifecycle from qualification through to contract award.
• Maintain a healthy, accurate and sustainable sales pipeline.
• Lead opportunity development activities within assigned territories and coordinate internal resources.
