Job summary

Accenture Nordics is expanding its ServiceNow Business Group and seeks visionary Platform Architects to help clients transform their businesses, drive innovation, and achieve measurable outcomes.

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will shape enterprise architecture, engage with client Enterprise Architects, govern best practices, lead solution design, mentor teams, and push AI-enabled delivery including Now Assist and Generative AI capabilities. Fluent Swedish and English are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, HR.
• Strong knowledge of workflows, scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
• Experience with enterprise security, architecture frameworks, discovery technologies, and data modeling.
• Leadership to manage stakeholders and complex delivery programs.
• Familiarity with Now Assist, AI-driven capabilities, and modern delivery practices (Agile, Scrum, SAFe).

Responsibilities

• Shape Enterprise Architecture: translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow architectures.
• Engage Strategically: collaborate with client Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as cornerstone of digital transformation.
• Drive Governance & Best Practices: establish governance, ensure instance health, reduce technical debt.
• Lead Solution Design: facilitate workshops, validate requirements, deliver robust functional designs.
• Mentor & Influence: guide teams, share expertise, and contribute thought leadership.
• Innovate & Grow: support presales, contribute to business development, champion AI capabilities.
