Job summary

Accenture is expanding its ServiceNow Business Group in the Netherlands & Nordics and seeks visionary IRM ServiceNow Business Architects to help clients transform their businesses and achieve measurable outcomes.

As a trusted advisor and senior technologist, you will bridge business and IT, translating risk and control needs into scalable ServiceNow IRM solutions, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience across IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITSM and ITAM.
• Strong knowledge of workflows, scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub and data modelling.
• Fluent in Swedish and English; able to lead stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business risk, compliance and control requirements into ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Collaborate with IT to align system design with regulatory expectations and governance.
• Define requirements for risk management, policy management and issue remediation in ServiceNow.
• Guide architecture decisions and promote standard platform adoption with minimal customization.
• Support workshops, backlog refinement and cross-functional delivery with product and dev teams.
• Ensure traceability between regulatory requirements, risks and remediation activities.

Your Role as a ServiceNow IRM Business Architect

As a trusted advisor and technical leader, you will:

Participate in a transformation program where ServiceNow is being implemented to strengthen the client’s risk and control environment, with a specific focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM).

In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and IT, supporting the business organization throughout the requirement and design phases to ensure effective adoption of ServiceNow IRM capabilities. You will help translate risk, compliance, and control requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and internal governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting business stakeholders (risk, compliance, internal audit) in defining requirements for risk management, control frameworks, policy management, and issue remediation within ServiceNow
• Advising on best practices for structuring risk and control frameworks in ServiceNow, including taxonomy, hierarchies, and data models
• Guiding the business on how to efficiently leverage ServiceNow IRM modules (Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Business Continuity Management, Issues Management)
• Acting as a trusted advisor in discussions with IT to ensure business needs are effectively translated into system design and configuration
• Driving alignment between business processes and ServiceNow capabilities, promoting standard platform adoption and minimizing customization
• Supporting workshops, requirement refinement, and backlog definition in collaboration with product owners and development teams
• Ensuring traceability between regulatory requirements, risks, controls, and remediation activities
• Contributing to governance, change management, and rollout of IRM capabilities across the organization

What We’re Looking For

• Deep ServiceNow Expertise: 5+ years across multiple modules (IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITSM and ITAM).
• Architectural Mastery: Strong knowledge of workflows, scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strategic Insight: Experience in enterprise security, architecture frameworks, discovery technologies, and data modeling.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage stakeholders, development teams, and complex delivery programs.
• Innovation Mindset: Familiarity with Now Assist, AI-driven capabilities, and modern delivery practices (Agile, Scrum, SAFe).
• Credentials: University degree in Computer Science or equivalent; certifications in IRM, ITSM, ITAM preferred.
• Language: Fluent in Swedish and English.
