Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, HR.

Responsibilities

• Shape Enterprise Architecture translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow architectures.
• Engage with client Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow in digital transformation.
• Drive governance and best practices to maintain instance health and reduce technical debt.
• Lead solution design through workshops and robust functional designs.
• Mentor teams and contribute to the ServiceNow community.
• Innovate and grow through presales support and AI-enabled capabilities.
