Job summary

Empiric seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead platform architecture and design for a client in Stockholm. This hands-on role encompasses solution design, governance, and platform strategy across ITSM/ITOM or relevant modules.

You will own the technical architecture, drive design decisions across modules and integrations, and set governance and coding standards. The position is onsite in Stockholm 1–2 days per week, on a 6-month initial contract.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• CSA or CIS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
• Lead design decisions across modules, integrations, and custom apps.
• Set and enforce platform governance, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support integration design with APIs, MID Server, and third-party systems.
• Mentor developers and provide technical oversight on delivery.

• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Support integration design with third‑party systems (APIs, MID Server, etc.)
• Mentor developers and provide technical oversight on delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect (certifications such as CSA / CIS preferred)
• Able to work onsite in Stockholm 1-2 days per week
• Available to start on a 6-month initial contract
