Your Role

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the technical design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities include:

- Leading the technical design of ServiceNow solutions, including architecture, data model, integrations, and customization.

- Leading clarification meetings, workshops, and technical solution presentations when implementing platform components.

- Overseeing and executing the configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform while following best practices.

- Designing and developing custom ServiceNow applications.

- Optimizing the performance and scalability of ServiceNow implementations by implementing best practices in coding, configuration, and infrastructure design.

- Defining integration strategies and patterns for connecting ServiceNow with external systems and applications.

- Ensuring that ServiceNow implementations adhere to security and compliance requirements.

- Providing technical guidance, mentoring, and training to development teams, administrators, and other stakeholders.

- Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Technical Architect with:

- Extensive experience working with ServiceNow, including solution design and implementation.

- Proven expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, App Engine).

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development (e.g., JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs).

- Experience with cloud platforms, automation, and integration technologies.

- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
