Cushman & Wakefield Sweden is seeking a Project Manager to drive development, refurbishment and fit-out projects from feasibility through handover. You will coordinate clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule and quality.
You will work closely with occupiers, investors and landlords, build strong relationships, and contribute to business growth of the Project & Development Services team in Sweden.
The Project Manager supports the delivery of real estate development and fit-out projects from early technical advisory and Technical Due Diligence through to completion and handover. Working closely with clients and project teams, the role helps manage project scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk while applying technical knowledge and commercial awareness to deliver successful project outcomes.
As a Project Manager, you will support the delivery of commercial real estate development and fit-out projects, contributing throughout the project lifecycle from early feasibility and technical advisory to project completion and handover.
Working closely with occupiers, investors, and landlords, you will provide technical and project management support while building your expertise in the Swedish real estate and construction market. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your projects, collaborate with experienced colleagues, and develop strong client relationships.
