Capgemini is seeking a Special Sales Executive for Cloud & Custom Applications in Stockholm, Sweden. You will drive sales strategies, develop client offerings, and close large opportunities, leveraging partnerships with hyperscalers and a broad ecosystem.

Fluent in Swedish and English, you will build a strategic pipeline, coordinate with global teams, and guide complex opportunities from discovery to close, with a focus on transformation projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in results-driven sales, market growth, and closing complex deals in IT consulting.
• Experience selling cloud, AI, and consulting services with hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Strong stakeholder mgmt, cross‑line alignment, and global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Practice Head & Portfolio Leads to define and align on the sales plan.
• Qualify and pursue major opportunities, align value proposition with bid delivery.
• Build and maintain client relationships and external network for market intelligence.
• Address complex client challenges with senior stakeholders and strong negotiation.
• Manage BD costs in line with guidelines.
