Job summary

NCC Aktiebolag is seeking a Quality Manager for the NCC Green Industry Transformation - SSAB Project in Luleå. You will be a key member of the project team, translating quality requirements into practical actions and working with the production organization to ensure the management system adds value and improves performance.

The role requires on-site presence in Luleå, about 50% of the time, with travel within Sweden as needed.

Qualifications

8–10 years in the construction industry with leadership roles (Quality Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or equivalent).
Proven quality management experience in construction projects with implementation and monitoring of QMS.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes from design to handover.
Extensive experience conducting internal and external quality audits.

Responsibilities

Serve as the project's Quality Manager and primary quality contact.
Guide teams in applying NCC's quality processes, documents, and systems.
Coordinate internal and external quality audits and follow-up actions.
Develop, maintain, and implement quality documentation, procedures, and supporting materials.
Deliver quality-related training and knowledge sharing to project teams and stakeholders.
Prepare and manage quality reporting to meet project requirements.
