Job summary

NCC Green Industry Transformation – SSAB Project in Luleå seeks a Quality Manager to lead quality management on a major construction initiative. You will serve as the daily point of contact, translate quality requirements into practical actions, and drive value through NCC’s management system.

The role requires 8–10 years in construction with strong audit experience, English proficiency, and ability to train teams. On-site presence in Luleå and collaboration with stakeholders is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the construction industry with leadership roles such as Quality Manager or Construction Manager.
• Proven experience in quality management within construction projects and in implementing quality management systems.
• Extensive knowledge of the full construction process (design, construction, commissioning, handover).
• Extensive experience conducting internal and external quality audits.
• Experience with standards such as ISO 9001 or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project's Quality Manager and primary point of contact for quality matters.
• Guide project teams in applying NCC's management system and quality processes.
• Ensure collaboration between internal teams, clients, subcontractors and external stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and implement quality documentation 및 procedures.
• Prepare and execute quality audits and follow-up actions.
