Job summary

NCC in Luleå, Sweden seeks a Quality Manager to lead quality activities on the NCC Green Industry Transformation – SSAB Project. You will drive the management system, audits, and continuous improvement, coordinating with production, subcontractors, and clients to deliver value and ensure project success.

The role requires 8–10 years in construction, ISO 9001 experience, strong communication, and the ability to train teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in construction quality roles.
• Experience leading audits and QA processes.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project’s Quality Manager and primary QA contact.
• Implement and maintain NCC’s quality management system.
• Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits.
• Develop quality documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Report on quality performance and follow up actions.
• Collaborate with production teams, clients, and subcontractors on quality practices.
