Job summary

NCC AKTIEBOLAG is seeking a Quality Manager for the NCC Green Industry Transformation project in Luleå. You will act as the daily contact for all quality matters, ensuring the management system is used to create value and improve project performance.

You will lead quality audits, guide teams, and drive continuous improvement across design, construction, commissioning, and handover, while aligning with NCC policies and standards. Excellent communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in the construction industry with leadership roles.
• Experience implementing and monitoring quality management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes from design to handover.
• Experience with internal and external quality audits.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Experience in large-scale projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project's Quality Manager and the primary point of contact for all quality‑related matters.
• Guide project teams in applying NCC's quality processes and governing documents.
• Ensure collaboration between internal teams, clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Coach colleagues in stakeholder management and quality best practices.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the project.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and materials.
• Prepare and execute internal and external quality audits and follow-up actions.
• Maintain the project's quality management system in line with NCC policies.
• Ensure compliance with the business management system and raise quality awareness.
• Communicate quality requirements and lessons learned throughout the project.
• Deliver quality training and knowledge sharing to teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage quality reporting to meet project needs.
