Job summary

NCC is seeking a Quality Manager for a major northern Sweden construction project, based in Luleå with substantial on-site presence. You will lead quality management, translate standards into actions, and collaborate with production teams to improve project performance.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in construction, expertise in ISO 9001, and proven ability to audit, train, and mentor staff. English proficiency required; Swedish is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in construction with leadership in quality roles.
• Proven experience implementing and monitoring quality management systems.
• Experience conducting internal and external quality audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project's quality management as primary contact for quality matters.
• Ensure effective use of NCC's quality processes and documents.
• Coordinate audits, follow-up actions and reporting.
• Maintain the project's quality management system in line with NCC standards.
• Communicate requirements, standards, and lessons learned across the project.
• Deliver quality training and knowledge sharing to teams.
