Job summary

NCC AKTIEBOLAG is recruiting a Quality Manager for the NCC Green Industry Transformation – SSAB Project, Luleå. You will lead quality management, translate requirements into actions, and drive continuous improvement across design, construction, and handover.

Based in Luleå with on-site presence and occasional travel, you will audit, train, and report on quality performance while aligning with NCC policies and ISO 9001 standards. Proficiency in English is required; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

8–10 years in construction with leadership roles (Quality Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager).
Experience implementing and monitoring quality management systems.
Knowledge of the entire construction process from design to handover.
Extensive experience conducting internal and external quality audits.
Experience with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality standards.
Excellent communication and ability to train others on complex topics.
Experience in large-scale projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Serve as Quality Manager and primary quality contact for the project.
Guide project teams in applying NCC's quality processes and governing documents.
Coordinate quality audits and follow-up actions with reporting.
Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and materials.
Promote quality culture and continuous improvement across the project.
Ensure compliance with NCC policies and drive awareness of quality management.
Deliver quality training and knowledge sharing to teams and stakeholders.
Prepare and manage quality reporting to meet project requirements.
