Job summary

NCC is seeking a skilled Quality Manager for the SSAB Project in Luleå. You will lead the quality program, translate requirements into practical actions, and ensure our management system drives value and performance across the project.

We seek 8–10 years of construction QA experience, strong leadership, and exceptional communication to train teams, audit proceedings, and uphold NCC standards. On-site presence is required, with travel within Sweden as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in the construction industry, including leadership roles in quality management.
• Experience implementing and monitoring quality management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes from design to handover.
• Experience conducting internal and external quality audits.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or equivalent frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Act as the project’s Quality Manager and main point of contact for quality matters.
• Guide teams in applying NCC's quality processes, governing documents, and management system.
• Ensure collaboration between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Plan and execute internal and external quality audits and follow-up actions.
• Maintain the project’s quality management system in line with NCC policies.
• Communicate quality requirements and lessons learned across the project.
• Deliver quality-related training and knowledge sharing to teams.
