Job summary

NCC Green Industry Transformation – SSAB Project in Luleå seeks a Quality Manager to lead quality across the project, ensuring systems are used effectively to drive value and performance. You will work with production teams to translate quality requirements into actions and coach colleagues accordingly.

You will promote continuous improvement, maintain quality documentation, and deliver audits and trainings while ensuring compliance with NCC policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of construction industry experience in leadership roles.
• Experience leading quality management on construction projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality frameworks.
• Experience with internal and external quality audits.
• Strong communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project's Quality Manager and main quality contact.
• Apply NCC's management system and quality processes.
• Coordinate audits and improve quality documentation.
• Ensure collaboration with clients, suppliers, and teams.
• Deliver quality training and reporting.
