Job summary

NCC is seeking a Quality Manager for a large construction project in Sweden. The role involves leading the project’s quality efforts, implementing management systems, and coaching teams on quality practices. On-site presence and collaboration with clients and subcontractors are key. English proficiency is required; Swedish is advantageous.

The position emphasizes quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Leadership roles such as Quality Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager or similar.
• Experience in quality management within construction projects and in implementing and monitoring quality systems.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or equivalent frameworks.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Experience with large-scale projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project's Quality Manager and primary point of contact for all quality-related matters.
• Support and guide project teams in applying NCC's quality processes and documents.
• Ensure collaboration between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
• Coach colleagues in stakeholder management and quality practices.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Prepare and manage quality audits and reporting.
• Maintain the project's quality management system in line with NCC policies.
