Job summary

NCC is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead quality management on a major construction project in northern Sweden. You will drive quality processes, audits, and continuous improvement across the project team, suppliers, and clients, ensuring value and compliance with NCC standards.

You will translate complex quality requirements into practical actions, coach colleagues, and foster a culture of quality and collaboration on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in construction with leadership roles.
• Experience implementing and monitoring quality systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project's Quality Manager and primary contact for quality matters.
• Lead quality audits and follow-up actions with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation and procedures.
• Coach teams on quality requirements and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with NCC's management system.
