Job summary

NCC is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality management on a major northern Sweden construction project. You will act as the daily contact for quality issues, collaborate with production teams, and ensure the management system adds value and improves project performance.

The role requires translating quality requirements into practical actions, training colleagues, and driving continuous improvement across the project. English proficiency is essential; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in leadership roles such as Quality Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or similar.
• Experience implementing and monitoring quality management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction process from design to handover.
• Extensive experience conducting internal and external quality audits.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project's Quality Manager and primary point of contact for quality matters.
• Coach and guide project teams in applying NCC's quality processes and governing documents.
• Ensure collaboration between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and implement quality documentation and procedures.
• Prepare and execute internal and external quality audits with follow‑up actions.
• Maintain and develop the project's quality management system in line with NCC policies.
• Deliver quality reporting and training to project teams and stakeholders.
