Tibber seeks a Senior Product Lead to own the Start offers across Sweden, Norway, Germany and the Netherlands. You’ll define what the offer is, who it’s for, and how it wins, growing customers into Smart through direct channels or electrification.

You will lead product managers across capabilities, anchoring decisions in customer needs and measurable outcomes while collaborating with Commercial to drive launches and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product managers across multiple capabilities.
• Strong commercial thinking: pricing, unit economics, and investment cases.
• Knowledge of energy markets, tariffs, home electrification; Nordic/German/Dutch markets a plus.
• Experience taking products to market in a B2C subscription business with cross-channel go-to-market.
• Anchor decisions in customer needs, data, and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to align engineers, Commercial and executives behind one clear direction.

• Build a clear view of why homeowners choose Start by market and channel.
• Set strategy and roadmap for entry offers across four markets and channels.
• Shape the winning offer for each channel: components, target customers, value proposition.
• Own the pricing guardrails for Sales’ market pricing.
• Set go-to-market direction and coordinate product launches with Commercial.
• Track performance against metrics and evolve or retire offers based on data.
• Anchor the roadmap with commercial teams and other capability owners.
