Job summary

Jobtailor in Sweden is seeking an experienced operations/strategy leader to own the Nordic in-field operations strategy and execution. You will drive KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decisions while coordinating with fleet managers and external partners to ensure city launches and long-term improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in operations or strategy from consulting or hyper-growth startups, fluent Swedish or Norwegian, strong analytical skills, and English proficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations or strategy from consulting or a hyper-growth start-up environment.
• Strong analytical capability and proficiency in conducting analysis, identifying underlying drivers, and delivering actionable insights.
• Experience from leading projects and driving the implementation of improvements in collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent Swedish or Norwegian language.
• Bachelor's in business, economics, engineering or similar.
• Professionally fluent in English.
