Operations Manager

As our Operations Manager, you'll set the vision for the daily, weekly and monthly performance of the site, empowering a team of team leaders to bring it to life and together you build an operation that delights customers and takes real pride in how it works.

Responsibilities
- Help set the vision and strategy as a valued member of the site management team
- Be the link between operations and our office departments across the Nordics
- Inspire, coach and grow a team of team leaders so they can lead with confidence
- Bring out the best in your leadership team—setting a clear direction and celebrating strong results in customer satisfaction and productivity
- Champion the delivery of Key Performance Indicators and take pride in what your teams achieve together
- Invest in your people through coaching, development and succession planning, nurturing the leaders of tomorrow
- Create a safe, welcoming, clean and fair environment where everyone feels they belong
- Lead the way on Health, Safety and the Environment, keeping wellbeing at the heart of everything
- Turn customer needs into clear, motivating priorities your leaders will love to deliver
- Keep the operation running smoothly by guiding daily and weekly workload planning and forecasting—from staffing to equipment—through your team
- Spark and lead exciting warehouse development and improvement projects

- Good communication skills in both English and Swedish
- Ideally, 2‑3 years in a team leader or supervisory role
