Job summary

Maersk seeks an Operational Excellence Lead to drive localization, maturity, and impact of The Maersk Way across the Nordics. This senior role combines logistics expertise with Lean/CI mastery to diagnose challenges, design pragmatic solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Operations, Finance CX, and ALT, leading cross-functional improvements while ensuring scalability and frontline embedding across the Nordics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years in logistics/services.
• Proven experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement and tools like Kaizen, DMAIC, A3, VSM.

Responsibilities

• Lead TMW deployment and localization strategy in the Nordics.
• Design and sustain performance management systems and governance routines.
• Coach frontline teams on problem solving and TMW tools.
• Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives and embed standardized processes.
