Job summary

GroTech Search in Stockholm seeks an Operations Manager to help scale a fast-growing AI startup. You will own a core area of operations, working directly with the founders and leadership to shape strategy and execution.

You will build the operational engine, deliver exceptional service, and progress into people leadership as the business expands.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience in management consulting, law, operations or a high-growth startup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Ambitious, commercially minded and excited by building something from the ground up.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

Operations Manager | Stockholm | AI Startup | Leadership Progression

Salary: 60-70 000 SEK

I'm partnering with a fast-growing, VC‑backed AI company in Stockholm that is looking to hire an Operations Manager to help scale one of the most exciting businesses in the public procurement technology space.

This isn't a traditional operations role.

You'll join a profitable business with proven product‑market fit and play a key role in building the operational engine that supports its next stage of growth. Working directly with the founders and leadership team, you'll own a core area of the business while developing into a Team Leader as the company scales.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional delivery
• Taking ownership of a customer segment or industry vertical
• Driving operational excellence and process improvements
• Working closely with leadership to scale the business
• Helping build teams, processes and AI‑enabled ways of working
• Progressing into people leadership within 12 months
