Job summary

KPMG Management Consulting in Sweden seeks an experienced Manager to lead engagements transforming supply chains and operations for fast-growing clients. You will blend strategic insight with commercial leadership and team development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will design operating models, optimize footprints, implement new processes and leverage digital tools to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience from a top tier management consultancy.
• Led strategy, transformation and/or performance improvement projects within supply chain or operations.
• Fluent in English and Swedish preferred.
• Experience with ERP and planning tools is a strong advantage.

Are you a Manager from a leading management consulting firm looking to shape the future of supply chain and operations transformation while helping build one of Sweden’s fastest-growing consulting practices?

Our Management Consulting practice is expanding to meet our clients’ rising and changing demand. We work with many of Sweden’s most interesting organisations, and we are looking for experienced consultants who want to combine client impact, commercial leadership and team development in a high-growth environment.

About the role

As part of KPMG’s Customer & Operations practice, you will lead engagements that help our clients unlock profitable growth through optimizing their supply chains and operations. You will support clients in strategy and performance improvement initiatives and lead transformation programs across planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics.

Your work may include designing operating models, optimizing global footprints, implementing new processes, improving cost efficiency and driving large-scale business transformation. Many of our projects involve digital tools, advanced analytics and AI to automate processes, improve decision-making and build data-driven operations.

Beyond client delivery, you will contribute to KPMG’s continued growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, supporting the commercial and contractual aspects of client engagements, and building long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.

You will also coach and mentor consultants, provide constructive feedback, support their professional development and help build high-performing teams. In addition, you will contribute to the development of our methods, offerings and go-to-market initiatives.

The role can be based in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö, depending on your location and preference.

What we are looking for

We believe that you:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
• Have 5-8 years of experience from a top tier management consultancy
• Have led strategy, transformation and/or performance improvement projects within supply chain or operations, such as manufacturing, network optimization, warehousing, logistics, planning, procurement or similar areas
• Are comfortable engaging and influencing senior executives and key decision-makers
• Have strong leadership skills and a passion for coaching, mentoring and developing people
• Are fluent in English and preferably also in Swedish
• Experience working with operational systems and platforms (e.g. ERP, forecasting & planning, procurement and logistics tools) is considered a strong advantage
