CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Workplace & Facilities Coordinator to support the Stockholm site. You will contribute to daily operations, coordinate facility services, and manage vendor relationships while ensuring a safe, welcoming workspace for occupants and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Experience in facilities management, hospitality, office services, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication in Swedish and English.
• Proficiency with common workplace tools (MS Office, CMMS systems).
• A customer-service oriented mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide front-of-house and workplace support, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained office environment.
• Coordinate and oversee facility services including maintenance, cleaning, catering, and office supplies.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Support workplace events, office moves, and space planning activities.
• Handle incoming service requests and ensure timely resolution via the ticketing system (CMMS).
• Conduct regular site inspections and walkthroughs to uphold health and safety standards.
• Support the Senior Facilities Manager with reporting, budgeting, and project coordination.
• Act as a key point of contact for building occupants and stakeholders on site.
