CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Stockholm seeks an Assistant Workplace Lead to deputize for the Workplace Operations Lead and drive operational leadership across campus. You will support governance, reporting, and customer-focused facilities services for the client with a focus on stakeholder engagement.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, leadership support, and ongoing process improvements to deliver reliable facilities operations in the Stockholm sites.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across campus and act as a senior point of contact.
• Represent CBRE interests and teams while aligning with the client’s needs and expectations.
• Support client engagement activities and service review meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Communicate operational updates, changes, and improvements to stakeholders in English and Swedish.
• Prepare governance, reporting and performance analyses to enable client sign-off and forecasts.
• Lead improvement projects and drive continuous operational efficiency and service quality across the campus.
