Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical, electrical, fabric or construction projects from cradle to grave in Sweden (Stockholm/Rosersberg).

The role is on-site, working with an existing project manager and operations to deliver the client’s projects. The successful candidate will secure and deliver projects on time, within budget and in line with commercial agreements, while complying with statutory regulations and CBRE standards.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in M&E, FM, construction or critical environment.
• Experience developing new project opportunities and managing bids, tenders and proposals.
• English and Swedish written and spoken.
• Recognised project management qualification and strong numeracy.
• Knowledge of construction Health and Safety law and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from start to end.
• Ensure projects are secured, delivered on time and within the financial margins.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and statutory regulations, and promote CBRE core values.
• Identify and win projects through effective relationships and leadership.
• Deliver on maintenance contracts and provide timely reporting to management.
