Qualifications

Fluent English language skills.
Copywriting experience at a global brand or agency.
A solid portfolio that demonstrates clear, clever copy for multiple subjects and channels.
Strong understanding of AI landscapes and emerging trends and capabilities.
Digital marketing and advertising experience; content strategy is a plus.
Experience in visual creative concept and production.
Up-to-date knowledge of today’s platforms and multi-channel landscape.
Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality written content for all channels, shaping clear messages aligned with IKEA Tone of Voice.
Execute copy-driven projects with internal and external partners to ensure consistency across campaigns, materials, PR, events and product communication.
Create and update digital content across websites, social, apps and other platforms, adapting messages for format and audience.
Maintain a consistent IKEA voice across print, video, digital and other touchpoints with clarity and warmth.
Stay connected to communication trends, insights and AI-enabled ways of working to improve relevance and impact.
