Qualifications

• Fluent English language skills.
• 5+ years copywriting experience at a global brand or agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clear and clever copy across channels.
• Solid understanding of AI landscapes and trends.
• Digital marketing and advertising experience.
• Skills in visual concept and production.
• Up-to-date knowledge of today’s platforms and multi-channel landscape.
• Proven experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality written content for all channels, shaping commercial messages that are clear, engaging and aligned with business goals and the IKEA Tone of Voice.
• Execute copy-driven creative projects in close collaboration with internal and external partners, ensuring campaigns, marketing materials PR activation, brand experiences and product communication feel consistent, human and recognizably IKEA.
• Create, manage and update digital content across websites, social media, mobile applications and other digital platforms, adapting messages to formats and customer needs while keeping communication simple, friendly and accessible.
• Safeguard a consistent IKEA voice across print, video, digital and other communication touch points, ensuring every message speaks with clarity, honesty and the warm, down-to-earth personality people expect from IKEA.
• Continuously improve content creation by staying connected to communication trends, insights and new possibilities, including AI-supported ways of working, and applying them to strengthen clarity, relevance and impact.
