Axis Communications in Lund is seeking a System Support Technician to join the System Support team at our HQ. You will be the first line of support for Salesforce and our CRM, helping colleagues around the world with technical issues and access management.

We value a user-centric approach, strong problem-solving, and collaboration with other IT teams. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, and experience with ServiceNow is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience providing system support to users.
• Hands-on experience supporting users in Salesforce.
• An IT education, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• First line of support for our CRM and Salesforce for colleagues globally.
• Handle access management across Axis systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the systems we support.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles and workflows.
• Collaborate with other teams on systems that connect to ours.
