Job summary

Axis Communications in Lund is seeking a Systems Business Analyst to drive requirements management, process alignment and system implementation within sales and marketing systems, primarily Salesforce.

You will analyze, map and align global processes, work with cross‑functional teams, and translate needs into compelling user stories with acceptance criteria. The role requires effective communication, travel flexibility and English fluency.

Qualifications

5+ years in business analysis, requirements management or similar role in Salesforce.
Hands‑on Salesforce implementation and user acceptance testing.
Strong understanding of sales and sales operations processes.
Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation and writing user stories.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis, capture stakeholder needs and align with platform capabilities.
Specify benefits, impacts and acceptance criteria for requirements.
Map processes and ensure global alignment with the Global Process Owner.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and IS stakeholders to improve connected processes in the system.
Translate user needs into user stories and verify development acceptance criteria.
Facilitate testing with process experts and users pre‑release.
Document post‑release processes as needed.
Lead projects and handle ad‑hoc duties as required.
