Axis Communications in Lund, Sweden is seeking a Business Solution Architect to bridge operational challenges with scalable system solutions and to drive ERP-driven transformation across the global Operations landscape.
You will lead end-to-end solution processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to roadmap planning and architecture alignment within the ERP domain.
As our Business Solution Architect, you’ll play a key role in connecting business needs with impactful system solutions—driving transformation across our global Operations. In this role, you’ll balance strategic thinking with hands‑on analysis to secure long‑term value and operational excellence.
Based in Lund, Sweden, you will be a vital link between business, systems, and our future digital landscape.
You will join the Cross Functional Projects & Systems team, an team within the Operations organization. We drive impactful change by managing cross‑functional initiatives, overseeing the Operations project portfolio, and ensuring strong business system product ownership and solutions.
As a Business Solution Architect, your mission is to bridge operational challenges with the right technical opportunities and scalable solutions. You will move between strategic thinking and hands‑on, detailed analysis—connecting business needs, system capabilities, and long‑term development paths.
You will work closely with operational teams to understand processes, improvement opportunities, and future ambitions. Together, you will shape solutions that solve current challenges while strengthening Axis for tomorrow.
You will also collaborate deeply with Business Systems Product Owners (BPOs), other Business Solution Architects, and our IT organization. This role truly requires one foot in business and one in systems, with a broad and strong supply chain & operations domain perspective and the ability to navigate between architecture, product development, and operational realities.
Strong ERP knowledge is essential, and experience with IFS and/or MS Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.
You are an analytical, curious, and positive person who thrives in a dynamic environment where change is constant and opportunities are abundant. You can shift comfortably between detailed system exploration and higher‑level strategic thinking—connecting dots and helping others see the bigger picture.
You enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating across organizational boundaries, and influencing stakeholders at all levels. You are self‑driven, structured, and confident in planning your own activities to deliver high‑quality results.
You bring experience from business systems product ownership (BPO), system development, and/or ERP‑driven transformation initiatives. You understand integrations, data flows, and processes—and you enjoy working at the intersection of Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English are essential.
