Job summary

Axis Communications in Lund seeks a Director of Sales and Marketing Systems to lead and evolve the global systems powering our sales and marketing engines. The role reports to the CIO and sits on the Information Systems management team, with influence across regions.

You will lead diverse teams responsible for CRM, marketing automation, web platforms, and localization, turning business needs into practical technical solutions and architectural initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in a technology or systems environment.
• Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, web platforms, and localization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the teams responsible for Axis' sales and marketing systems.
• Drive the direction of systems including CRM, marketing automation, web, support systems, and localization.
• Turn business needs into practical technical solutions and architectural initiatives.
• Contribute to moving the department towards ownership of whole information flows — where systems talk to each other, share data freely, and keep our colleagues and customers at the center.
• Collaborate closely with global sales and marketing organizations.
• Support technology planning, prioritization, and investment decisions.
• Take good care of your staff and make the most of limited resources.
