Job summary

Axis Communications is seeking a Technical Trainer & Sales Engineer for the Nordic region, based in Lund, Sweden. The role combines pre‑sales engineering, training delivery, and hands‑on product demonstrations to partners and customers.

You will run Axis Communication Academy courses in English and Swedish, support demos and proofs of concept, and travel within the Nordic countries to build technical excellence and trusted advisor relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years technical experience in IT or security industry.
• Track record of delivering demonstrations and training sessions.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written (mandatory).
• Knowledge of networking and IP-based technologies.
• Experience in pre-sales and fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent teaching skills; ability to present complex topics.
• Travel approximately 40% within the Nordic countries, occasional travel in Europe.
