Axis Communications in Lund is seeking a Systems Business Analyst to drive requirements management, process alignment and system implementation within sales and marketing systems, primarily Salesforce.

You will analyze, map and align global processes, work with cross‑functional teams, and translate needs into compelling user stories with acceptance criteria. The role requires effective communication, travel flexibility and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis, requirements management or similar role in Salesforce.
• Hands‑on Salesforce implementation and user acceptance testing.
• Strong understanding of sales and sales operations processes.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation and writing user stories.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Axis is seeking a Systems Business Analyst for our Global Sales & Marketing organization based in Lund. The role focuses on requirements management, process alignment, and system implementation within sales and marketing systems, primarily Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Drive business analysis, determining stakeholder needs with consideration of platform capabilities.
• Analyze and specify benefits, consequences, and business impact for incoming requirements.
• Map underlying processes and ensure global alignment with the Global Process Owner.
• Cooperate with Sales, Marketing and Information Systems stakeholders to drive alignment & efficiency of connected processes supported through the system.
• Specify requests for product owners, translate user needs into business user stories/acceptance criteria, and verify technical acceptance criteria for approved development.
• Facilitate testing of changes with process experts and users prior to release.
• Document post‑release processes as needed.
• Lead assigned projects/tasks and perform ad‑hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis, requirements management, or similar role within Salesforce.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce implementation and user acceptance testing.
• Strong understanding of sales and sales operational processes.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and writing user stories/acceptance criteria.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a global environment with stakeholders from different cultures and time zones.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
