Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Supervisor of Sales Support Team to lead an international sales portfolio and coach a small sales support group. You’ll guide end-to-end sales from lead generation to project handover, collaborating with regional teams and Product Development Managers to meet order intake targets and support decarbonization solutions for gas turbines and OEM equipment.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, business, or related discipline.
• Extensive professional experience in Sales and Commercial Management within Oil & Gas and/or Power Generation environments.
• Proven track record in international sales project development, lead generation, customer engagement, and opportunity closure.
• Solid technical knowledge of Siemens Energy MGT products and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and supervision of the BEX sales team and alignment with sales strategies.
• Management of Brownfield Exchange sales opportunities from lead to project handover.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for technically accurate, commercially compliant proposals.
• Implement Sales and Tendering activities per Siemens processes and LOA guidelines.
• Develop country-specific sales strategies with Regional Product Development Managers.
• Manage customer, supplier, and internal stakeholder relationships, including international travel.
