Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' engineering experience in Transformer/Bushings/OLTC technology.
• Experience in people management within a technical or commercial environment.
• Ability to explain advanced technical knowledge clearly to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a regional team of Sales Engineers with ongoing customer engagement.
• Apply the team's application expertise to ensure solutions meet customer needs across Bushings and OLTC.
• Foster a highly collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical support activities, and international travel.
• Uphold safety and integrity as core values in all actions.
